2.The raw material procurement control procedures:
1)To strict controlling the purchasing process and supplier capacity ,service ability.
According to procedure requirement for supplier on-site certificate,and draft “the qualified supplier roster”, to inspect the raw material when it enters the factory, and draft the inspection report, ensure the material meet our requirement.
 
1). Set up the first-class advanced production line, to ensure high efficient, energy saving and environmental protection, The monthly capacity of Air dryer more than 1500 sets., the  Desiccant air dryer more than 800 sets, the Air filter more than 15000pcs, and stock enough can meet the customers wants.
2). The prefect QC system ( the company through the ISO9001:2008 quality management system) and the advanced test requirement (e.g. Use the Finland VAISALA Dew-point meter ,ATLAS COPCO air dryer and German TESCO Detector ) to ensure each machine quality and qualification reached 100% when it leaves the factory.
3).The independent packing department can ensure the products packing exquisite and suitable for the ocean transportation. 
4). As per the ISO9001:2008 standard to train the technical skill for the staff timely.To add the product quality and service idea for them.The customer satisfaction is the force of our efforts.
5).The professional research team is made of  specialist  5 persons ,technician 8 persons, The strong R&D team drafts  the most prefect and economical scheme for the customer.
6).The strong after-sale department and after-sale control system is made of the after-engineer 10persons and mechanic 20persons,to ensure solving the difficultly at the first time, make you worry free.
