How it works
Refrigerated air dryer is drying through cooling.It cools the compressed air from upstream to certain dew point temperature,condensates most of liquid water with dust and oil,and then drains out of the machine through gas/liquid separator so as to get the dried finished air.
HRD series is mainly composed of a refrigeration compressor, heat exchanger. Fan , Electrical apparatus element and box.
The refrigeration compressor: The air cooled refrigerated air dryer adopts the refrigeration compressor of refrigerated PANASONIC and other international brands to ensure the stable and powerful refrigeration source.
Heat exchanger :The heat exchanger is made of smooth copper pipe with water aluminum fin and performs with high efficiency.
The Maer fan has powerful wind, excellent performance and long service life.
Electrical apparatus element :We adopt ABB or Siemens and other brands of electrical apparatus elements,which are safe and reliable.
Box :The box of our products produced and processed by CNC machines.The blue box is tidy, beautiful and is a good choice in the machinery field.
