HSC Self-cleaning Filter

Structure and working principle

HSC includes high-efficiency cartridge filter,venturi,self-cleaning nozzle, unti-blower system, control system,cleaning-room,air outlet and frame etc.

Filtering procedure:HSC inhale the ambient air under the negative pressure of air compressor.the dust is obstructed in the surface of cartridge filter due to its gravity, franklinic electricity and contact during the air goes through the cleaning-room and goes out from the air outlet.

Self-cleaning procedure:When the computer gives an order,solenoid valve starts and drives the diaphragm valve,instantly it release a pulse current at the pressure of 0.4~0.6MPa,this current is rectified and ejected by the nozzle,while infused by the venturi.It’s sealed and expanded current dash out from the inner part of cartridge filter then blow off the dust which is gathering in the outer cartridge.This cycle to over the self-cleaning.
