The high pressure refrigerated dryer works according to the principle of dehumidifying through refrigerating. The product forces the compressed air to exchange heat in the evaporator for reducing the temperature. After isobaric cooling, the gaseous water and oil in the compressed air condense to liquid water and oil mixed with dust, which will be drained by the automatic drainer. So the compressed air becomes dry and clean. Less than the pressure of 900psig or the weight of 63kg, our product can be customized.

2. The heat exchanger and the condenser of our product choose the superior and effective screwed conduits, which have excellent heat transmission property, small volume and compact structure. The conduit is made of stainless steel or zincified carbon steel to prevent the compressed air from second pollution.

We introduce the leading refrigeration control elements with outstanding performance in the world, such as the thermal expansion valve with throttling and reducing pressure function, thermal bypass valve with energy regulating performance, the water regulating valve, oil extractor with protection for refrigerated oil, the refrigerant controller of high and low pressure, etc.
4. The drying machine is equipped with the gas and liquid separator with perfect function, which can prevent the second evaporation of the water to ensure the drying effect.
5. Due to the reasonable structure, the machine with beautiful outer box is convenient for maintenance.
