The time relay transmits the power to the coil, which will then generate the electromagnetic force. Overcoming the elasticity of the valve spring, the electromagnetic force will facilitate the valve core to accomplish the drainage. When the time is up, the coil will lose the power. The valve core will make use of the spring to finish the air locking through descending and sealing.

The electric drain device realizes the automatic timing drainage of the condensate water in the compressed air. This product is widely used in the compressed air system parts, like filter, separator, air dryer, air receiver tank, dripping feet, etc. The drainage time and the interval time can be adjusted with test button according to different demands.
